I am a born and raised Nashvillian and couldn’t imagine living in any other city. I’ve been married to my husband for 10yrs and we have two boys - ages 5 and 2. I enjoy cooking, DIY and my family.

I am beyond excited to be a first-year teacher this year! Although I’m no stranger to WECC MDO - my oldest started the program at 2yr and my youngest is now here in the 2B class. I absolutely love kids! So, this will be a perfect fit and can’t wait to see what this year brings.

This is my second year teaching at WECC MDO and I love being here!

After a year of Early Childhood Education classes right out of college I caught the travel bug that took me to Texas, Colorado and ultimately Nashville 3 years ago where I decided to put down some roots and am currently a Realtor with MW Real Estate. And I am also a proud momma to a beautiful 17mos old baby boy who is enrolled here in our MDO. My passion for children coupled with a Servant’s Heart that was aching to be back in a childcare setting has brought me here as a teacher for your children.

We have an amazing year planned for your little ones and I can’t wait to see them learn more about our Lord and have so much fun in the process. My goal is to help get them in a comfortable routine while demonstrating a kind and loving environment.

A little information about me.  I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved here 13 years ago.  My favorite thing to do is watch Hockey and Football with my family.  I am a huge Greenbay Packer fan and love rooting on Bama.  I am a big fan of the Predators and love going to watch them play.  I am married and we have one son in first grade. I am excited about this school year.  It is truly a blessing to be with these kids.

I have been with the MDO family for two years now and it has truly been an honor to work with such a wonderful group of women. I’ve been around children of many different backgrounds and love to see the wonder in a child's eyes when they are learning and thriving in their environment. I have always had a passion for learning and early childhood education and development. I have a four year old son named Atlas who is also in the program. We love to go to Church on Sundays and spend quality time with our friends and family. Working with the WECC MDO program has been a blessing for our family in so many ways and I can't wait to see what God has in store for us this year.

This is my first year with WECC MDO and I am so grateful to be in a safe community with such incredible people and leaders. I recently moved here from California and I am passionate about all of the arts!! I have two daughters, Odyssey and Freya. We love spending quality time together and in nature. I am very much looking forward to contributing to the growing minds of your littles and deepening their hearts with the love of God, friendship and community.

I was born and raised here in Nashville, TN. I just recently became a doula, love to travel and love dogs. I’ve been teaching for 7+ years and this is my 4th school year here at West End MDO. I’ve always had a passion to help and teach; it came natural to me and children always seem to gravitate towards a calm spirit. I’m so excited to see my old and new friends this year and look forward to working with you and your child. I’m excited by the countless milestones we will reach as a class and those your child will reach as an individual.

I have lived in the Nashville area my whole life. My husband, Clay, and I met in high school and have now been married 13 years and have 4 amazing children. Aiden is 11 and breaking into his crazy middle school years! Our little "mama bear" McKayla is 8 (and going on 18). Ryan is a wild 5yr old who started kindergarten this year. And little Ruby is 1 year already and such a joy!! We love raising our family so close to where we grew up ourselves. And close to grandparents who are often called in when we need reinforcements while my husband is away for work or military duty!

I have always loved teaching children and am so honored to have a place here at West End.  I have been a part of WECC MDO off and on since 2014, when the program began, and each of our children have attended and been loved here. It is so special to me to have these co-workers become friends that have had a hand in my children's lives. I am humbled to have this same opportunity with your little ones! We have so much fun together at MDO and it thrills me to watch them learn and grow in Jesus.

This is my first year teaching at WECC MDO and I’m so thankful to be a part of this community. I’ve lived in Nashville for 10 years and it really has become home. Prior to teaching here, I worked in Higher Education marketing, nannied for several young families, received my Master’s in Human Development Studies from Vanderbilt University and have welcomed two amazing daughters into the world with my best friend and husband, Taylor. I’m excited to get to know this class of precious 3yr olds - what a fun age! It’s going to be a great year!

This will be my seventh year teaching at WECC MDO, and I absolutely love it! Apart from teaching, I am a wife and mother. My husband and I recently celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary! We have one son, Daniel, who will turn 23 this fall. He is working in IT for HCA, and enjoys playing soccer in his down time. My hobbies include reading, camping, watching my son play soccer, and watching movies. My other focus is healthful living which includes a whole food diet. My goal for our classroom is to foster a life long love of learning in our kiddos, and to help them gain skills that they will continue to build upon throughout their educational journey.

I’m excited for this new year, and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of our families as we work together. It’s going to be an amazing year! I can’t wait to meet you and your child. My favorite Bible verse is particularly salient right now...

“For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

I have been teaching preschool for sixteen years! Prior to working here, I was at St. Paul Community Church MDO. I have taught at the BHSE homeschool tutorial as well. I love teaching preschool aged children. They are like a sponge and I love watching them make new connections and grow! I am one of the original teachers that have been with WECC MDO since it opened. This program has been such a blessing to me and my family and has allowed me to balance working and family responsibilities.

I am happily married and I have two children. Our daughter Julie is 21 and our son Carson is 19. We love to be outdoors and on the water! My faith is also a very important aspect of my life. My family and I have been active in spreading the gospel and doing the Lord’s work in our community. I am very excited about the upcoming school year and look forward to working with your child! My goal is to provide a loving and comfortable environment where your child feels safe and eager to come to school. We plan on learning while having fun and projecting the love of Jesus into every day!

This is my first year of teaching preschool and my eighth year teaching.  I am passionate about teaching.

I have two boys, Jay (7) and Ty (5).  They love all things sports!!  My youngest is in pre-k so I understand the parent side of having a preschooler.  My hobbies include watching my boys play sports, actively playing with my sons, golfing, traveling and spending time with friends.
